Recycling is good. Upcycling is miraculous. We have Evergreen initiative | 002. It’s the world’s largest Nylon 6 reclamation facility where, over the past three years, we’ve reclaimed 200 million pounds of carpet by disassembling every inch and using the old technical nutrients to create new ingredients. At Evergreen, we can reuse your old carpet today to reduce the amount of virgin raw material needed for tomorrow.

For the fourth consecutive year, Shaw Industries, Inc. has been recognized by the Waste Reduction Awards Program (WRAP). The WRAP is awarded by the California Integrated Waste Management Board and for the past 14 years has served as a means to publicly promote businesses locally and statewide that implement environmental best practices for successful reduction of waste disposal in landfills.

The WRAP designation was awarded to the four Shaw facilities in California that service Patcraft. In the past three years, Shaw has diverted an amazing 400,000,000 pounds of recyclables from disposal to landfill, resulting in significant savings through waste reduction, reuse and reduced landfill costs. These four manufacturing facilities reduced landfill waste by an additional 56% above company measures.
